Rarities on display: vegetables, cereals, berries and herbs from the ProSpecieRara range.

This unique horticultural display features an impressive variety of vegetables, cereals and berries, as well as herbs for use in perfumes, foodstuffs and medicines.
Some 300 plants constitute an enormous store of knowledge about old and occasionally rare cultural treasures, both useful and pleasing to the eye. ProSpecieRara, an organisation for the preservation of antique agriculture, selects the varieties and dedicates its expertise to their preservation.
