Life in the Old Confederation
What was life like in the area we now call Switzerland, between 1300 und 1800? The permanent exhibition at the Forum of Swiss History attempts to answer this question. The focus is on people:
- How did people imagine their past – the workshop of history (top floor)
- How did people relate to one another – forming societies (upper floor)
- People in their surroundings – using the environment (ground floor)
